The YogaBetsy Yoga Center was founded by my wife and myself in November of 2000 following a number of years of study. It has profoundly altered and improved the lives of many people in this area. We often have people sent to us by Doctors to treat their injuries, and occasionally we teach basketball teams and once even a lacrosse team. Others have come or been sent here to learn how to deal with stress. Many people arrived barely able to walk or so stressed out that they didn’t understand how they could get through the next four hours let alone the rest of their lives. These were all people who believed their lives were over and everyone of them learned that other men had discovered something 5000 years ago that they needed to know today. I personally have done yoga and studied the ancient texts for many years and while I do teach a certain number of classes here and take care of certain technical aspects of the business it was never my intention to do it as a full time venture. I am a builder and designer at heart.
